Caledon Propane Budget Billing program spreads your annual heating costs over a set period – 9 or 12 months. Budget Billing gives you peace-of-mind by letting you plan exactly what your payment will be throughout the year.
Features
• Your annual usage divided into 9 or 12 equal payments.
• Your payment level is reviewed semi-annually and annually or as buying agreements are activated or changed.
• You choose from two plan options – 9- or 12-month plan.
• Your monthly payment is based on previous 12 or 24 months of usage, current market price or buying agreement price.
• Budget Billing applies to all propane charges (including taxes) and tank rent.
Eligibility
• Residential Customers only.
• Minimum credit score of 680.
• Zero, credit or current balance at time of enrollment.
Terms and Conditions
• Daily market price applies except during contract period, if enrolled in buying agreement.
• Monthly payment based on previous 12 or 24 months of history.
• Monthly payment subject to change – payment reviewed twice a year:
1) Semi-annually and 2) Annually.
• Any balance 60+ days past due will result in removal of from BB program and loss of credit approved status.
• Must wait 6 months to re-enroll in Budget Billing once payment terms are removed for any reason.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to participate in the Caledon Budget Billing program?
The Budget Billing program is available to Caledon Propane Customers at no charge. In fact, when you are enrolled in the Budget Billing program, you are not subject to finance charges or late fees.
Am I able to save money through the Budget Billing program?
Budget Billing does not change your annual usage or the price per gallon you are charged per delivery. Budget Billing makes your annual propane expense more manageable by dividing it into nine or 12 monthly payments.
Can I also participate in other Caledon programs, such as AutoPay and SecureFill?
Absolutely! Ask us how to enroll in these other great programs when you enroll in the Budget Billing program.
Payment Options
Caledon Propane Customers enjoy the flexibility of choosing the payment plan that best fits their needs. Choose from a variety of payment options designed to fit your budget and your lifestyle:
• Credit Card Payment: Once you receive your bill, you have the option of paying with a credit card contacting a Customer Service Specialist at your local Caledon Propane office.
• Net 30: If credit-approved, we send you a statement and you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send in payment. If you are approved for our Net 30 option, you can also take advantage of a great payment option called Budget Billing that helps you by spreading out your payments 9 or 12 months.
• Pay in Advance: This option lets you determine the amount of propane you need, and pay for it before it is delivered.
